Shipping Policy

Our mission at PPL Online Store & Resource Centre is to offer our customers a great online shopping experience along with unmatched service and support. One way we execute this mission is by being honest with our customer.

At PPL Online Store & Resource Centre your shipping costs are broken out so that you can see them. We feel this is the most honest way to do business.

Most items we sell are shipped via UPS. However occasionally we do use other methods like A&B Courier, Armbro and Purolator for shipping. Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, however many items have the option of express shipping for an extra fee. Items are delivered with no signature required for home delivery unless requested for in the comments field by the customer. Occasionally UPS will automatically require signature on more expensive items. There may be additional charges on the buyers part if items need to be rerouted once shipped. We are not responsible for items left by UPS without a signature. Shipping typically takes 1-7 days as stated in the shopping cart this is simply an estimate and shipping on some items may take longer.

Larger items such as heaters, large bundled orders, lifeguard stands etc. are typically shipped via Freight Carrier. Once shipped you will be notified of your tracking number. It is your responsibility to contact the Freight Carrier and schedule your delivery. There is a $75.00 re-delivery fee if you are not available for a scheduled delivery. The Freight Carrier is contracted for shipping dock delivery. If a tailgate is required for delivery it must be noted in the comments field by the customer. All shipping and re-stocking fees will be charged to the customer for refused shipments.
