Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Installed equipment
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • ALL chemicals or consumables (FINAL SALE)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
