The Spectrum Aquatics Motion Trek Linear Actuator is the OEM primary electro-mechanical lifting drive engineered specifically to power the vertical boom elevation on the Motion Trek BP 350 and BP 400 series commercial pool lifts.

Functional Overview

Manufactured as a heavy-duty, low-voltage linear drive (typically built around an industrial Linak actuator platform), this assembly converts 24V DC battery power into high-thrust linear motion to raise and lower swimmers safely between the deck and the pool water:

• Lifting Capacity & Stroke: Built with a high-ratio internal worm/lead-screw drive mechanism capable of effortlessly handling dynamic commercial working loads up to 400 pounds.

• Control Integration: Outfitted with factory quick-connect, keyed electrical wiring that plugs directly into the lift's central control box, responding instantly to raise/lower commands from the submersible handheld remote wand.

• Safety & Mechanical Braking: Features an integrated internal mechanical brake to prevent back-driving or drifting under heavy loads, ensuring the boom remains locked in place whenever button contact is released or during power interruptions.

• Ingress Protection & Marine Durability: Housed in a water-resistant, sealed casing with heavy-duty wiper seals and passivated stainless steel extension rods to resist corrosion from chlorinated water splash-out, chloramine mist, and high-humidity aquatic deck environments.
