It directly addresses ADA Title III guidelines for accessible pool entry by providing uniform step rises, broad non-slip treads, and continuous gripping handrails.

Functional Overview & Engineering

Unlike fixed-dimension precast steps, the Easy Stair utilizes a parallelogram-style articulating stringer frame that self-adjusts to the specific floor slope and water depth of the pool's shallow end:

• Configurable Depth Range: Designed specifically to fit water depth profiles measuring 32 inches to 47 inches from deck level to pool floor.

• Self-Leveling Treads: As the stair is placed on the pool floor, the stringers articulate so that all 5 step treads remain horizontal and automatically equalize riser height across the full span.

• Dual Continuous Handrails: Features smooth, non-snagging, 1.50" or 1.90" OD stainless steel continuous grab rails on both sides, extending past the top step onto the deck to facilitate stable transitions into and out of the water.

• Flow-Through Non-Slip Steps: High-impact, molded composite or heavy-gauge stainless steel treads featuring an aggressive slip-resistant texture and perforated drainage slots to prevent water entrapment and buoyancy lift.

• Protective Deck & Floor Bumpers: Outfitted with non-marring, chemical-resistant rubber/polyurethane bumpers along the base feet and deck resting pads to protect vinyl, fiberglass, plaster, or tiled pool surfaces from point-load damage.
