ANCHOR KIT -(COPOLYMER) MOTION TREK

The Spectrum Aquatics Copolymer Anchor Kit - Motion Trek (Part #28510-00 / #28510) is an OEM in-ground deck socket foundation system engineered specifically for anchoring Spectrum's commercial pool lift line—including the Motion Trek BP 350, Motion Trek BP 400, Aspen, Freedom, and Elkhorn series.

Functional Overview

Molded from heavy-duty, glass-filled polypropylene copolymer composite, this socket offers an alternative to traditional cast bronze or stainless steel anchor sleeves. The non-metallic copolymer construction provides structural strength while being impervious to galvanic corrosion, pitting, and oxidation caused by harsh pool sanitizers (chlorine, bromine, and salt generator systems).

• Installation Profile: Designed with a standard 6-inch embedment depth and a 2.375-inch internal diameter (ID) to receive standard commercial lift mast posts. It can be cast into new concrete deck pours or retrofitted into existing concrete slabs via core drilling and structural epoxy bonding.

• Bonding & Electrical Grounding: Equipped with a factory stainless steel bonding screw and terminal connection to tie directly to a solid copper equipotential deck grid, satisfying NEC pool grounding standards.

• Flush Cap & Removal Tool: Includes a flush-mount protective composite lid and removal key to seal the socket flush with the deck whenever the lift is removed for winterization or storage, eliminating tripping hazards and keeping debris out.
