The Spectrum Aquatics Wood Deck Anchor Kit - Motion Trek (Part #28510-WD / #163364-WD series) is a specialized structural mounting system engineered to install the Motion Trek pool lift series (BP 350 and BP 400) onto reinforced timber, composite, or elevated pier decks where standard core-drilled concrete sockets cannot be utilized.

Functional Overview

Fabricated from marine-grade, passivated 304/316 stainless steel to withstand harsh chlorinated water, pool chemical splash, and outdoor weather, this assembly safely distributes the significant cantilever torque generated during lift operation across the underlying deck framing.

• Through-Bolt Structural Sandwich Design: Utilizes a heavy-duty upper flange sleeve (2.375-inch internal diameter) that sits flush or semi-flush with the wooden decking boards, paired with an oversized stainless steel structural backing/spreader plate positioned underneath the deck joists.

• Load Distribution: Heavy stainless steel threaded rods or through-bolts sandwich the decking and structural sub-framing together, preventing point loading, board deflection, or fastener pull-out during dynamic transfers (up to the lift's 350–400 lb capacity).

• Equipotential Bonding Integration: Features a dedicated stainless steel bonding lug to tie the mast sleeve into the facility’s solid copper equipotential bonding grid in accordance with NEC Section 680 regulations.

• Flush Protective Cap: Includes a flush-mount cover cap to seal the anchor opening and eliminate trip hazards when the lift is removed for seasonal storage.
