Functional Overview

Constructed from heavy-duty, marine-grade stainless steel with a chemical-, salt-, and UV-resistant epoxy powder-coat finish, the Neptune Nano is built to endure constant humidity and harsh sanitizer exposure. The mechanical drive operates via a rechargeable 24-volt battery system controlled by a water-resistant handheld pendant wand, providing smooth, controlled vertical lifting and lowering into the spa water.

When purchased with the "Anchor Sold Separately" configuration, the lift ships without a mounting system, allowing installers to select the appropriate anchor interface for the site—such as a surface-mount flange plate bolted into an existing concrete slab, an in-ground core-drilled concrete sleeve, or an under-spa mounting plate designed to tuck beneath the hot tub’s base. The chair features a comfortable molded seat, flip-up armrests, an adjustable footrest, and a safety belt to facilitate smooth, accessible transfers.
