Functional Overview

Fabricated from heavy-duty cast bronze or 304/316 marine-grade stainless steel, this anchor kit provides the rigid base required to counter the vertical and rotational torque created when hoisting users over high spa walls. Designed to install flush with the concrete surface—either core-drilled into existing cured concrete using high-strength two-part structural epoxy or set directly into fresh concrete during a new pour—it keeps the deck area safe and free of high-profile obstructions.

The anchor sleeve features a precision-machined inner socket configured to seat the lift mast securely while incorporating an integrated copper lug to satisfy NEC equipotential bonding regulations. When the lift is unbolted or removed for winterization or routine maintenance, an included flush bronze or stainless steel threaded cap fits level into the socket opening to prevent debris buildup and eliminate trip hazards around the spa perimeter.
