The Aqua Creek Neptune Spa Lift (Part #F-NEP / #F-05NEP) is an economical, non-rotating commercial and residential access lift designed specifically for above-ground hot tubs, swim spas, and partially recessed pools. Unlike standard in-ground pool lifts that swing out over flat pool decking, the Neptune features a vertically mounted mast with a 3-stage or multi-pivot linear design engineered to lift a user straight up and clear high spa walls (typically clearing wall heights up to 40 to 48 inches) before lowering directly into the water.

Functional Overview

Fabricated with a powder-coated, corrosion-resistant stainless steel framework, the Neptune is designed to handle the hot, humid, and heavily sanitized environments of indoor and outdoor spas. Powered by a 24-volt rechargeable battery system with a water-resistant handheld pendant control, it provides smooth, vertical travel and simplified user transfers.

When configured with the "Anchor Sold Separately" option, the lift ships without mounting hardware, allowing installers to select the specific mounting profile best suited for their facility's foundation. Depending on the spa's surrounding structure, it can be mounted using an in-ground concrete core-drill socket, a surface-mount flange anchor plate bolted to a concrete pad, or an under-spa mounting plate configuration. The seat assembly includes flip-up armrests, an adjustable footrest, and a safety belt to ensure secure, comfortable transfers.
