The Aqua Creek Scout Excel / Revolution XL / Mighty Concrete Deck Anchor Kit (Part #F-77444-20 / #F-808SA) is a heavy-duty in-ground foundation system engineered specifically to anchor the Scout Excel, Revolution XL, and Mighty Series (Mighty 400 and Mighty 600) commercial pool and spa lifts into concrete decks.

Functional Overview

Constructed from heavy-walled, corrosion-resistant cast bronze or marine-grade stainless steel, this anchor sleeve provides the structural bedrock required to safely withstand the massive cantilever forces and high payload capacities (up to 500–600 pounds) associated with these larger lifts. Designed for installation into existing concrete decks via core drilling with high-strength structural epoxy, or set directly during new concrete pours, the anchor is embedded flush with the walking deck surface.

The cylindrical sleeve features an internal socket diameter specifically sized to accept the large-diameter masts of the Scout Excel, Revolution XL, and Mighty lift platforms. It includes an integrated copper bonding lug and hardware to meet NEC equipotential bonding safety requirements. When the lift is removed for seasonal storage or deck maintenance, an included flush cap or threaded plug fits securely into the opening to prevent trip hazards and protect the sleeve interior from pool chemicals, sand, and moisture.
