Functional Overview

Unlike standard flush concrete anchor sleeves, this kit is designed to secure large-format commercial lifts directly through deck planking and heavy timber substructures. Because lifts in this platform support high user capacities (from 375 up to 600 pounds), the anchor system is engineered to handle substantial cantilever leverage and dynamic rotational loads.

Fabricated from heavy-gauge, marine-grade 304/316 stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion in humid, chlorinated pool environments, the kit utilizes high-strength stainless steel under-deck backing plates (or reinforced clamp channels) paired with long, heavy-duty through-bolts, washers, and locking hardware. During installation, the bolts pass completely through the deck surface and joists, clamping the lift's base mount securely between the upper deck surface and the structural backing plate underneath. This distributes mechanical load across multiple framing members to prevent point-load failure or wood tear-out. The kit also includes bonding hardware to meet NEC equipotential bonding safety requirements.
