The CAT 2000 Professional Package (Hayward Commercial Aquatics / CAT Controllers) is a complete commercial automated water chemistry management package engineered for commercial pools, aquatic centers, therapy spas, and municipal water facilities. It provides micro-processor-driven dual-channel monitoring and proportional control for pH and sanitization (ORP/Chlorine/Bromine), factory pre-mounted on an acrylic backboard with a machined acrylic flow cell, sensors, and installation plumbing hardware for rapid bypass loop integration.

The Professional Package integrates all monitoring and sampling equipment onto a single pre-plumbed, pre-wired backboard to simplify commercial equipment room installation:

• CAT 2000 Controller Unit: Microprocessor-based dual-parameter controller featuring bright, dual digital LED displays that continuously report real-time pH and ORP readings, feed status, and operational alarms.

• Factory Pre-Mounted Acrylic Backboard: Heavy-gauge, chemical-resistant backboard pre-drilled for wall mounting, housing the controller, sample stream assembly, and safety equipment in a clean footprint.

• Machined Acrylic Flow Cell: Clear, solid acrylic manifold housing the sensors. It integrates an adjustable flow control valve, a visual rotary sample stream flow indicator, a sample stream shutoff valve, and a water sampling petcock for manual photometer testing.

• Integrated Safety Flow Switch: Magnetic reed flow switch built into the sample line that automatically disengages chemical feed outputs if sample water flow drops below safe operating velocity, preventing gas pocketing and chemical overfeeding.

• Professional-Grade Sensors: Heavy-duty, glass-body pH electrode and platinum-band ORP electrode with sealed reference chambers and protective BNC boot caps.

• Installation Plumbing Kit: Includes bypass sample tubing, inlet/outlet shut-off valves, threaded compression fittings, and saddle/injection line connectors.
