The CAT 2000 Controller & Sensors package (Hayward Commercial Aquatics / CAT Controllers) is a core commercial automation package configured without the pre-assembled acrylic backboard or standalone flow cell manifold. Engineered for replacement retrofits, custom equipment panel integration, or direct inline probe installations in commercial swimming pools, splash pads, therapy spas, and municipal aquatic facilities, it provides microprocessor-driven dual-channel monitoring and proportional chemical dosing control for pH and sanitization (ORP/Chlorine/Bromine).

System Overview & Package Components

This configuration delivers the core electronics, analytical probes, and field wiring hardware required to automate water chemistry control:

• CAT 2000 Microprocessor Controller: Solid-state digital controller featuring dual bright-red digital LED displays that continuously report real-time pH and ORP readings, feed activation status, and active alarm states.

• Professional Glass-Body pH Sensor: Heavy-duty, combination sealed glass electrode with an internal reference electrolyte chamber, porous Teflon junction, and shielded low-noise coaxial lead terminated with a BNC connector.

• Commercial Platinum ORP Sensor: High-purity platinum-band sensor designed for rapid oxidation-reduction potential response across varying sanitizer residual levels, terminated with a moisture-resistant BNC connector.

• Inline / Flow Cell Mounting Fittings: Standard 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch NPT compression gland adapters (or flow cell sensor O-ring retainers) for securing the probes into existing flow cells or plumbing tees.

• Surface Wall-Mount Hardware: External mounting ears and hardware for direct wall or panel attachment.
