The H2Flow Controls LevelSmart Wireless Autofill System is an automated pool and spa water level management solution designed to retrofit easily without deck cutting, trenching, or invasive wiring. It replaces unreliable mechanical float valves and manual garden hose filling by pairing a battery-powered waterline sensor with an automated 24VAC solenoid valve controller.

Core Hardware Components

• Wireless Water Level Sensor: Mounted discreetly inside the pool (often in the skimmer throat or tile line) using epoxy. It uses a long-life internal battery and communicates via 433 MHz RF.

• Valve Controller: Installed at the equipment pad, operating on 24VAC power to control water flow and receive sensor signals via an external antenna.

• In-Line Solenoid Valve: Plumbed into your dedicated water supply line to automatically fill the body of water when triggered.

How It Operates

1. Cycle Check: Every 30 minutes, the submerged sensor wakes up to check the water level and transmits the measurement back to the equipment pad controller (up to 1,000 feet away line-of-sight).

2. Controlled Fills: If low water is detected, the controller opens the solenoid valve for a calibrated 7-minute cycle to top off the pool.

3. Overfill & Leak Failsafe: The controller will run a maximum of 8 consecutive 7-minute cycles (56 minutes total fill time) before shutting off and illuminating an ALARM LED. This prevents catastrophic overflows caused by pool structural leaks or sensor displacement.
