MOTION TREK HARDWARE KIT

The Spectrum Aquatics Motion Trek Hardware Kit is the dedicated OEM replacement fastener and mechanical assembly package designed for assembling, mounting, and servicing the Motion Trek BP 350 and BP 400 series commercial pool lifts.

Functional Overview

Engineered to maintain structural integrity under continuous commercial cyclic loading, this hardware bundle provides the complete set of factory-specified fasteners required to secure the mast, boom arm, actuator linkage, and seat sub-assemblies:

• Marine-Grade Metallurgy: All structural bolts, through-pins, flat washers, and nylon-insert locknuts (Nyloc) are fabricated from passivated 304/316 stainless steel to resist galvanic corrosion, salt spray, and chlorinated pool water degradation.

• Pivot & Linkage Components: Includes precision shoulder bolts, friction washers, and low-wear polymer bushings for the boom pivot points, seat frame attachment, and swing-away footrest assembly to ensure smooth articulation without binding or excessive play.

• Actuator & Drive Fasteners: Supplies high-tensile mounting pins and retaining clips/cotter rings required to anchor the primary 24V linear lifting actuator and rotational motor mountings to the structural lift frame.

• Assembly & Maintenance Readiness: Primarily utilized during initial commercial installation, seasonal re-commissioning, or structural overhauls to replace weathered, galling-damaged, or stripped fasteners without compromising factory load specifications.
