The Nordesco Plastic Bench 6ft - Sand (standard narrow profile) is a commercial-grade freestanding bench engineered for pool decks, therapy clinics, saunas, and locker room aisles where a warm, neutral earth-tone aesthetic and a compact footprint are required. At 60 inches in length with a standard 12-to-14-inch depth, it comfortably seats multiple occupants while keeping aisle pathways clear.

Functional Overview & Materials

Designed for continuous use in corrosive natatorium atmospheres and wet barefoot zones:

• Heavy-Duty Polypropylene Slats (Sand): Formed from virgin, UV-stabilized thermoplastic slats in integral "Sand" (beige/tan). Non-porous and chemically inert, the material resists chloramines, chlorinated water, body oils, and concentrated sanitizers without warping, rotting, or splintering.

• Continuous Drainage Channeling: Longitudinal slots allow splash-out and washdown water to drain immediately through to the floor, eliminating standing surface puddles and accelerating dry times.

• Three-Pedestal Upright Frame: Supported by three structural uprights made from reinforced polymer or passivated stainless steel. This three-point layout eliminates center-span deflection across the 5-foot span under multi-person live loads.

• Deck Protection: Fitted with non-marring, chemical-resistant rubber/urethane foot pads that protect wet tile, plaster, acrylic, or epoxy coatings from scratches.
