Engineered for massive-capacity aquatic and athletic venues—such as Olympic training natatoriums, university athletic centers, and central locker room concourses where warm earth-tone finishes are specified—it delivers 144 inches of heavy-duty, off-deck seating designed to support multi-person occupancy while leaving the floor completely open for sanitation.

Functional Overview & Materials

Built for maximum commercial live loading and total resilience in corrosive, high-humidity aquatic environments:

• Polypropylene Slat Platform (Sand): Fabricated from heavy-duty, UV-stabilized virgin thermoplastic slats in a solid "Sand" (warm tan/beige) tone. Chemically inert and non-porous, the material resists chloramine vapor, chlorinated splash-out, body oils, and concentrated sanitizers without chipping, rotting, splintering, or harboring mold and bacteria.

• Rapid Drainage & Airflow: Longitudinal spacing between slats allows shower spray, pool splash-out, and washdown water to drain directly through to floor drains, eliminating standing surface puddles and accelerating evaporation for barefoot occupants.

• Heavy-Duty Cantilever Substructure: Supported by seven to eight heavy-gauge, electropolished 304 or 316 stainless steel triangular cantilever brackets. This dense bracket distribution eliminates center-span sagging across the full 144-inch run and safely transfers dynamic live loads into the building structure.

• Unobstructed Deck Maintenance: The wall-hung cantilever profile eliminates floor-contact pedestals entirely, allowing commercial auto-scrubbers, wide squeegees, and pressure washers to clean wall-to-wall without catching on furniture legs or creating dirt traps.
