Functional Overview & Materials

Built for heavy commercial duty, impact resistance, and complete immunity to corrosive aquatic air and water:

• Polypropylene Slat Platform (Sand): Fabricated from heavy-duty, UV-stabilized virgin thermoplastic slats in an integral "Sand" (warm tan/beige) tone. Chemically inert and non-porous, the material does not absorb water, sweat, body oils, or chloramines, completely eliminating chipping, rotting, splintering, and mold or mildew accumulation.

• Rapid Drainage & Airflow: Longitudinal drainage slots direct shower spray, pool splash-out, and washdown water straight through to floor drainage channels, preventing surface puddle formation, accelerating evaporation, and preserving wet-traction safety for barefoot patrons.

• Multi-Point Cantilever Substructure: Supported by six to seven heavy-gauge, electropolished 304 or 316 stainless steel triangular cantilever brackets. This dense bracket distribution eliminates center-span sagging across the 120-inch run and transfers dynamic live loads safely into the building structure.

• Unobstructed Deck Maintenance: The wall-hung cantilever profile leaves the floor completely open, enabling automated scrubbers, wide floor squeegees, and pressure washers to clean wall-to-wall without catching on furniture legs or creating bacteria traps.
