The Nordesco 8-Foot Wall-Mount Bench (Grey) is the longest standard single-span cantilevered seating unit in the Nordesco commercial line. It is engineered specifically for maximum-capacity aquatic environments, such as varsity athletic locker rooms, competition warm-up staging areas, and extensive natatorium perimeter walls.

Functional Overview & Materials

Designed to deliver expansive, continuous multi-person seating while keeping the floor completely unobstructed:

• High-Density Polymer Slat Platform: Constructed from UV-stabilized, non-porous polypropylene slats in neutral grey. The chemically inert material is fully resistant to pool chloramines, high-pressure washdowns, body oils, and mold or bacterial growth.

• Rapid Drainage & Airflow: Longitudinal drainage spacing promotes rapid water runoff directly to the deck drainage system, preventing standing water and ensuring slip-resistant seating for barefoot or suited occupants.

• Heavy-Duty Multi-Bracket Cantilever: Supported by five heavy-gauge, electropolished 304 or 316 stainless steel cantilever brackets to provide structural rigidity, eliminate center-span deflection, and transfer dynamic loads into the structural substrate.

• Unobstructed Deck Sanitation: The off-floor cantilever profile permits floor scrubbers, wide squeegees, and pressure washers to clean wall-to-wall without maneuvering around floor legs or accumulating dirt around deck penetrations.
