The Nordesco Wide Plastic Bench 2ft - Sand is a heavy-duty, compact commercial freestanding seating unit engineered with an expanded seat depth for enhanced stability and patron comfort. Ideal for individual shower stalls, therapy rooms, ADA transition zones, and compact locker alcoves where an earth-tone aesthetic and extra seating surface are desired.

• Polypropylene Slat Platform (Sand): Assembled from solid, UV-stabilized virgin thermoplastic slats in an integral "Sand" (warm tan/beige) tone. The non-porous material prevents moisture absorption, resisting chloramines, pool splash-out, sweat, and hospital-grade sanitizers without chipping, rotting, or splintering.

• Expanded Wide Profile: Features an enlarged seat depth (approximately 17 to 20 inches) compared to the standard profile, offering enhanced seated stability, gear staging capacity, and ease of use in transfer areas.

• Rapid Drainage & Airflow: Longitudinal drainage channels allow shower spray and pool water to drain straight through to the floor, eliminating surface puddling and speeding dry times.

• Twin Pedestal Substructure: Supported by two heavy-duty upright pedestal frames fabricated from reinforced structural polymer or passivated stainless steel hardware, designed for balanced weight distribution over a wider base.

• Deck Protection: Fitted with chemical-resistant, non-marking rubber/urethane foot pads to protect wet tile, epoxy, or acrylic deck surfaces from scratches and scuffs.
