NOTICE TO BATHERS: POOL RULES & REGULATIONS. To ensure a safe, sanitary, and enjoyable swimming environment for all guests, adherence to these state and local health regulations is mandatory for entry. All bathers are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool and must refrain from swimming if they have experienced any communicable disease, skin lesions, or digestive illness within the past 14 days. For the safety of our youngest swimmers, children who are not toilet trained must wear snug-fitting protective swim diapers, and all children under the age of [Insert Age] must be under the direct and constant supervision of a responsible adult.
