Pentair 24" FNS Plus Grid Replacement Pack

The Pentair 24" FNS Plus Grid Replacement Pack (Part #198080) is a comprehensive set of OEM internal filtration grids engineered specifically for the Pentair FNS Plus 24 Square Foot vertical-grid Diatomaceous Earth (D.E.) pool and spa filter (Model FNSP24). The kit contains a total of eight elements—seven full-size curved grids and one partial (shortened) grid—which are designed to be arranged in a tight circular configuration around the internal manifold core. Each individual grid framework is injection-molded from high-impact styrene structural ribs and entirely wrapped in a chemical-resistant, sonic-welded multi-filament polypropylene fabric. Together, they provide the 24 square feet of surface area necessary to capture micro-particulates down to 3 to 5 microns when coated with D.E. powder.

Because the grids for the 24 sq. ft. model feature a compact 12-inch individual height profile, the complete un-assembled 8-pack remains easily manageable during maintenance:
