Pentair .25" Triton® II Air Relief Strainer

The Pentair .25" Triton® II Air Relief Strainer (Part #154578 / 154578Z) is an OEM replacement mesh cap designed for Pentair PacFab Triton II, Triton C, and Triton C-3 commercial fiberglass sand filters (specifically models manufactured before November 1, 1999). Installed at the internal tip of the air vent tube assembly, this tiny strainer serves as a critical barrier that allows trapped air to continuously bleed out of the tank while actively preventing fine pool filter sand and debris from entering and clogging the automatic air relief line.
