The Pool Link 500 Series Probe Chamber - 3 Probe is a heavy-duty, commercial bypass flow cell manifold engineered to house three analytical electrodes simultaneously. Plumbed into an auxiliary bypass line across the primary recirculation system, it provides a stable, low-turbulence sampling environment for three distinct sensors—most commonly a combination pH electrode, a platinum-band ORP sensor, and an electronic temperature probe (or Free Available Chlorine probe)—safeguarding sensor tips while ensuring rapid, accurate water quality measurement.

Engineered for municipal natatoriums, waterparks, institutional competition pools, and resort spas requiring a dedicated three-sensor sampling hub:

• Clear Machined Acrylic Solid-Block Body: Precision-machined from a monolithic block of clear cast acrylic. The transparent design permits immediate visual inspection of internal flow conditions, air bubble accumulation, and probe membrane fouling without taking the system off-line.

• Three-Port Inline Layout: Accommodates three full-sized commercial electrodes in a linear hydraulic flow path designed to minimize dead zones and prevent chemical cross-interference or stagnation around sensor junctions.

• Inlet Flow Metering Needle Valve: Chemical-resistant, fine-threaded needle valve mounted directly on the bypass inlet to regulate sample water velocity, preventing cavitation and excessive dynamic pressure against fragile glass sensor membranes.

• Manual Sample Draw Petcock: Integrated low-pressure petcock located adjacent to the electrode sensing tips, allowing operators to draw representative pool water for manual photometer, DPD colorimeter, or titrimetric calibration testing.

• Rigid Panel Mounting Configuration: Features rear mounting holes and flat mounting bosses for direct installation onto an equipment room backboard, strut channel, or wall panel.
