The S.R. Smith 4-Button Replacement Hand Control (Part #1001535 / LiftOperator series) is the OEM pendant wand for dual-motion S.R. Smith commercial pool lifts, specifically the PAL2, Splash!, and aXs2 models.

Functional Overview

Built inside a water-resistant, submersible thermoplastic shell, the controller is sealed against splashing, high deck humidity, direct UV exposure, and pool sanitation chemicals (chlorine, bromine, and saltwater). It features four raised tactile push buttons configured for dual-axis operation:

• Up / Down: Controls the primary linear actuator for vertical elevation and lowering.

• Left / Right: Controls the motorized base drive for continuous 360-degree rotation.

The handset comes fitted with a heavy-duty, high-memory coiled cord that extends 6 to 8 feet to ensure users can reach the controls from the deck or while seated in the water. The cord terminates in an OEM multi-pin connector equipped with an internal rubber sealing gasket designed to plug directly into the S.R. Smith LiftOperator control console socket. An integrated hook on the back allows the pendant to be docked securely to the chair frame or armrest when not in use.
